Terms and Conditions of Hire

 Deposits must be paid and receipted in order to confirm bookings 

• To hire the Swan Room/Partner Bar on _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

• The fee will be £_ _ _ _ _ _,payment of 30% of the total cost to Staines Rugby Football Club which is a non-refundable deposit.

• The total remaining payment should be received seven days prior to the booked date.

• The bar will close at 23.00hrs, music to finish at 23.30hrs and vacation of the hired room by 23.45hrs. Bar extensions available.

• The club reserve the rights to all catering and bar requirements.

• The hirer will accept responsibility for the behaviour of all the guests and any un-wanton damage or losses  to the property of Staines RFC.

• The premises shall be left in a clean and tidy state.

• Staines RFC accept no responsibility for personal property of the hirer and their guests.

• The car park can be used for guests parking, Staines RFC accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle parked in the car park.
