The following menu is not meant to be extensive but more of a guide for you.  It is quite possible that you may not want to choose any of the items on the menu.  If you have some ideas of your own please feel free to discuss them with us.  The main idea is that you get exactly what you want. 

Home made Cream of mushroom soup

Traditionally dressed smoked Salmon

Melon, King Prawn and Port cocktail

Pâté and Accompaniments

Roast leg of Lamb roasted with herbs

on a bed of  tomato and rosemary sauce

or

Roast loin of Pork with Apple, Ginger and Orange stuffing

or

Fillet of Salmon and sauce Hollandaise 

Selected Potatoes

Choice of seasonal fresh market vegetables

Exotic Fresh Fruit salad

Profiteroles with Chocolate cream

Apple crumble with custard or cream

Cheese Board (plus £2.50)

Choose one item from each section (order vegetarians separately).  The approximate price for the above menu would be £17.50 per head.  The price would include table linen, and a colour scheme of your choice for the napkins and slipcovers.
